Vocational Therapy Assistant - Job Coach

As a Vocational Therapy Assistant - Job Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating work, vocational, and treatment activities for the clients at SRSTC. You will work directly with clients at least 20 hours per week. You will:Develop and implement a diversified program that provides patients with therapeutic work experiences. Complete required daily program documentation following established procedures.Develop and implement schedules for therapy department programming.Provide supervision for patients during their work experiences.Collaborate actively with other team members.
