Teacher – Cabinet Making

This position will develop, implement, and provide educational services to residents related to Cabinet Making in order to meet their assessed, individual vocational needs. These educational services will be provided to students in the school or other assigned education designated areas, such as the wood shop.The teacher will complete all required documentation of student assessment/progress and other reporting in a timely manner, as well as monitor and manage student behavior, attend staffings and meetings, and serve as an effective interdisciplinary team member for a housing unit. The teacher, upon request, will provide training to others and engage in specialized instruction and institution committee projects.
