RN Nursing Home Surveyor – Southeastern Region

As a Nursing Home Surveyor, you will be a member of a survey team responsible for conducting program monitoring activities for nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include:Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and state codes, standards and guidelines for licensure.Ensuring program certification.Ensuring eligibility for participation in Medicare and Medicaid within nursing facilities and skilled nursing facilities.Providing technical assistance to healthcare facilities. Providing expertise to the survey team and serves as team coordinator as designated.Investigating complaints and conducting follow-up and surveillance visits.
