The Regional Traffic Engineer (Civil Engineer Transportation Advanced) will perform the most complex traffic engineering functions for the entire North Central Region. This position will provide engineering direction and guidance to engineering technicians, engineering specialists and other civil engineers. The position will perform engineering analysis for “high profile” projects and will require frequent high-level contacts with project personnel, contractors, local officials and the public. The position is responsible for communicating complex traffic principles/decisions and will perform highly complex engineering reviews.
