Plat & Survey Coordinator (Surveyor Senior or Advanced) - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!

This position serves as a Survey and Plats Coordinator for the Southwest Region (SWR). This position assists the Regional Survey Coordinator in determining the acceptability of contracted survey data, provide quality verification of survey data collected by contractors providing survey data to the Department and may provide direction for the corrective actions that need to be taken by the appropriate parties. This position may also assist the Regional Survey Coordinator in coordinating the procurement of survey services for the Region. This position assists the Regional Plat Coordinator in development and review of Transportation Project Plats (TPP) and legal descriptions including gathering and researching existing records to assure accuracy of final documents. This position will also review and suggest revision to right-of-way plats and legal descriptions submitted by consulting firms.
