LTE General Laborer (AEC)

LTE General Laborer positions at the Alliant Energy Center are a part of a pool of staff who are used for surge staffing needs. The department maintains an ongoing recruitment for LTE General Laborers in order to hire periodically as additional staff are needed. Supervisors review applications and contact applicants for interviews when there is a need to add LTE staff. Limited Term Employees (LTEs) are limited to 1,200 hours in a payroll year and are not guaranteed any hours per week. This is a continuous posting used to collect an applicant pool throughout the year for ongoing vacancies.
