Lead Custodian

In this position, you will function as a team lead and perform various routine and non-routine custodial/housekeeping tasks requiring moderate physical strength. In addition, you will be responsible for:conducting on-the-job training for custodians. requisitioning and distributing supplies and materials.relaying instructions from the Buildings/Grounds Supervisor. determining the need for special project work to be performed. performing simple operation of basic mechanical maintenance on cleaning equipment while adhering to all safety procedures. Minimally qualified applicants will have all of the following:Experience with custodial or housekeeping work including cleaning and sanitizing.
