As an HVAC/Refrigeration Specialist-Advanced at WRC, you will be responsible for the operation of mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems for WRC. You may provide occasional work and support as needed at the neighboring facility Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI). Responsibilities include: Diagnosing building mechanical problems and insuring satisfactory operation of building systems.Identifying, correcting, reporting, and communicating building operational and maintenance needs.Performing repairs on electromechanical detention equipment and commercial appliances.Performing scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance actions on equipment.
