Grant Systems Data Reporting Lead

As the Grants Systems Reporting Lead, you will provide expert technical and analytical leadership for the design, configuration, and maintenance of OGM’s enterprise grants administration reporting systems. You will ensure that data flows, integrations, and reports enable efficient, transparent, and compliant grant management across all DHS grant programs.You will serve as the primary architect for OGM’s reporting framework, developing automated dashboards and data models that transform complex grant information into actionable insights for leadership, fiscal staff, and program managers. This role requires strong collaboration with the department’s IT, fiscal, and grant program staff to ensure that reporting solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.
