Food and Beverage Coordinator at Old World Wisconsin - LTE

Food is a portal into our feelings and memories, at Old World Wisconsin we strive to spark enthusiasm in our guests with food inspired by historic recipes and ideas, in addition to serving recognizable everyday foods. Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager this individual will, each day, attempt to exceed guest and peer expectations, and will be responsible for the daily operations of the Clausing Cafe, the Creamery in addition to assisting with food prep and other duties as assigned related to special events, onsite catering functions and banquets. This individual is also responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all the food and beverage areas in addition to guiding food and beverage staff in proper operational and sanitation procedures.
