Facility Staff Training & Support Program Director

This position oversees the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of training programs and methods for the Facility Staff Training & Support (FSTS) unit. This position prepares and manages a large Pre-Service training budget, supervises staff, and provides assistance to the Staff Development Director. In addition, this position evaluates the effectiveness of the assigned training programs, maintains programs standards, evaluates performance of Pre-Service participants, conducts investigations and makes recommendations for program completions.In addition to the oversight of the FSTS academy, this position is responsible for the coordination and oversight for security related training, including but not limited to: Security Basics and POSC for Non-Uniformed Staff.
