Facilities Repair Worker-Limited Term Employment

This position is responsible for general buildings and ground maintenance and upkeep at Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) and other Area 1 facilities which include Beloit, Janesville, Richland Center and Prairie du Chien. The position will complete inspections and accomplish minor maintenance, repair, and structural alterations on mechanical and building equipment. Complete all required preventative maintenance functions and meet all interval requirements. Will assist with lawn mowing and snow removal operations using snow removal equipment when necessary. Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork.
