Facilities Maintenance Specialist - Advanced

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist – Advanced you will be responsible for the following duties:Performing complex skilled maintenance tasks independently on a wide variety of mechanical equipment throughout the facility including food service, health care and laundry, residential appliances, and various other mechanical repairs needed at the institution. Performing HVAC maintenance including but not limited to water boilers, heating and cooling ventilation, replacing parts, electronic and pneumatic control systems. Providing backup for and assistance to the HVAC/Refrigeration Specialist, plumber and electrician.
