Under the general direction and supervision of the Buildings / Grounds Superintendent, this position is responsible for performing work assignments as a Master Electrician at Dodge Correctional Institution (DCI). This skilled trades position is entrusted with a high level of responsibility. Tasks include inspection, installation, analysis, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair of all facility electrical devices, appliances, equipment and system components (i.e. wiring, lighting, switches, receptacles, motors, pumps, switchgear, transfer switches, transformers, power distribution systems and components, etc.) throughout the institution complex and property.
