Corrections Sentencing Associate

This position is responsible for the following: Records Office admission process, release of inmates, service of detainers and inmates housed out of state to include Concurrent-Out-Of-State (CCOS), Interstate Corrections Compact (ICC) and Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA). This includes coordinating and effectively processing all admissions, including violators, to the Dodge Correctional Institution, (DCI), the reception center for nearly all male inmates in the Department of Corrections, (DOC) and inmates housed out of state to include CCOS, ICC and IGA) This position has responsibility for meeting all legal requirements regarding inmate admission records, and requires an extensive working knowledge of the Statutes, Administrative Code, and changes, as well as court decisions and their proper implication concerning admissions and releases, incarceration, and sentencing computations to e
