Corrections Food Service Leader 3

This position is responsible for the food service operation at the assigned correctional facility. This position will direct the production of meals, and train and supervise resident food service workers (persons in our care). This position plans meals, procures supplies, and will care for and clean kitchen equipment. This position maintains food inventory and ensures proper sanitation standards. WORKING CONDITIONS:Food service workers will work in a commercial-style kitchen in close proximity to other staff and resident workers. This position will frequently lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. and need to be able to sit and stand and may climb ladders or stairs.
