Contract Financial Specialists – Limited Term Employment

As a Contract Financial Specialist, you will serve as an expert for reviewing contract and purchase order budgets, cost tracking workbooks, and supporting documentation to ensure allowable costs are reimbursed to grantees under contract prior to reimbursement. You will support contract administrators in the bureau and communicate documentation requirements to grantees to assist with the approval and denial process for reimbursement on a monthly basis. In addition, you will ensure that contract expenses meet state and federal funding requirements and align with contract work plan goals and budget line items. At a minimum, you’ll need the following:Experience reviewing costs to ensure they are allowable per grant or contract requirements.
