This Civil Engineer Transportation position performs work alongside the DBE Program Engineer, performing basic civil engineering functions in the preliminary review and analysis of DBE firm utilization on federally funded projects. This position is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the utilization of DBE certified firms throughout each federally funded DOT contract.
