Batch Operations Production Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT professional who can: Perform WisDOT production batch operations that implement, maintain, and support WisDOT’s diverse business systems/applications and their many integrated subsystems and datasets. Engage with WisDOT’s batch operations team to confirm proper job scheduling, sequencing, categorization, and troubleshooting to ensure successful batch job completion. This requires participating in the 24x7 batch support rotation. Provide consultation, training, and mentoring efforts to other IT platform subject matter experts and developers on various topics related to WisDOT production batch processes.Monitor results and ensure the validity of data obtained via WisDOT production batch processes, and the accurate and appropriate distribution of batch processing output.
