Assistant District Attorney - Saint Croix County

The District Attorney’s Office is recruiting to fill a part-time (.50 FTE) Assistant District Attorney (ADA) position in the District Attorney’s office for Saint Croix County, located in Hudson, WI. This is a state position in the unclassified service. Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired. We welcome recent or soon to be graduating law students to apply. Any offer would be contingent on passing and being admitted to the state bar. Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
