CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Contract Specialist of NAVSUP FLC PUGET SOUND.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector having mastery knowledge and skill in contract negotiation techniques relating to the development of pre-negotiation strategy, supporting, presenting, and directing or performing pre-award and post-award negotiations involving contract changes or modifications. Expert knowledge and skill conducting management reviews on all aspects of acquisition functions that requires the knowledge of all of the following: 1) the small and disadvantaged business community, 2) small and disadvantaged business policies and regulations, 3) general business practices,
