ABOUT THIS POSITION: Under direct supervision, provides one-on-one counseling utilizing appropriate database to help clients analyze and compare Medicare health plan and prescription drug plan options and access other benefits. Ensures the delivery of program services through support of volunteers. Performs data collection activities in support of requirements attached to appropriate programming. Provides professional analytic and technical work, analysis, data management and research related to services provided as a member of the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) Unit.
