Join the Park Authority and our nationally recognized team of professionals! This position works at Sully Historic Site as a part of one of the most highly regarded park systems in the country. With more than 25,000 acres of parkland, nine Recenters, eight golf courses, three lakefront parks, and more, FCPA is an exciting organization to be a part of and there are many opportunities for staff to make a difference at every level. This position is based at Sully Historic Site and provides support to both Sully Historic Site and Colvin Run Mill Historic Site. Supervises and participates in the work of an assigned park maintenance crew. Inspects and completes maintenance of park facilities; checking facilities and site-amenities for damage and making necessary repairs. Determines and lists materials, tools and equipment needed to complete daily assignments. Uses gas power equipment. Inspects and operates tractors, loaders, groomers, utility vehicles, all with attachments and other equipment, and hauls equipment and materials. Uses walk-behind and hand-held power equipment. Informs supervisors of conditions requiring special attention. Maintains tools and equipment in good working order
