Under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, this position serves as a key leader within the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board's (CSB) fiscal team, supervising a team of professional staff and overseeing critical revenue cycle operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of fiscal staff supporting the CSB’s revenue cycle. Oversee and perform a range of financial functions, including: Data analysis and trend evaluation Monthly revenue metrics presentations Financial reconciliations Manage third-party billing, collections, and cash posting operations for all revenue cycle activities. Collaborate with staff involved in billing and collection for public and private payers, ensuring alignment with: State, federal, and county regulations Internal financial policies and procedures Actively participate on CSB management teams, contributing to: Policy interpretation and implementation Strategic planning and project coordination Staffing and resource planning Prepare and present financial reports; analyze trends and provide regular updates to operational leadership on billing, collection, and posting activities.
