Behavioral Health Senior Clinician - Youth & Family

This position works as a compassionate and dedicated behavioral health clinician as part of our Youth Outpatient Treatment Team. This position provides meaningful, hands-on clinical services to children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, and their families who are experiencing serious emotional disturbance (SED), substance use and co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health needs. Provides services across our Sharon Bulova Center Youth Outpatient site, Chantilly Youth Outpatient site, and 2–3 local schools, where you will provide school-based counseling services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in both outpatient and school-based settings while making a lasting impact on youth and families in the community. As a primary clinician, provides high-quality, evidence-based treatment through individual, family, and group therapy. Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized and client-centered treatment plans, and build strong therapeutic relationships with youth and their families to support long-term success.
