The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board has an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to serve in a team lead role on the Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team, working in a collaborative environment providing services to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a candidate with strong clinical and case management experience with demonstrated leadership qualities to help guide and support this multidisciplinary team. The ICM team provides comprehensive services including community-based intensive case management, crisis intervention and stabilization, as well as assistance with obtaining and maintaining entitlements, resources, and services to meet basic needs. The team includes nurses, psychiatric providers, a senior clinician, a supervisor, and behavioral health specialists. The team provides engagement and treatment services in a variety of community settings such as homes, shelters, employment sites, jails, and hospitals. Intensive case management services are highlighted by a strong emphasis on recovery, advocacy, empowerment, and partnership.
