This position performs advanced financial analysis and provides professional support for the management and oversight of the City’s investment portfolio, daily liquidity, banking relationships, debt obligations, and related financial operations. The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding City funds, maintaining sufficient liquidity to meet daily operating requirements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with applicable laws, regulations, investment policies, debt covenants, and City policies.
