This is accomplished through the creation and maintenance of the Strategic Plan, Safety Management System and various performance management tools. The goal of this division is to foster a focused, safety minded culture supportive of HAS’ objectives, initiatives, mission and vision. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Senior Staff Analyst (Corporate Strategy and Performance) reports to the Assistant Director of Safety, Strategy and Innovation and supports the Houston Airport System (HAS) in developing, managing, and administering enterprise performance management and strategic management initiatives.
