Prepare and record daily construction activity reports with photos encompassing mechanical, electrical, and piping project details. List specific details on plan modifications, contractor work progress, equipment usage, and laboratory activities. Calculate project material usage in accordance with project specification. Verify project materials, data, and equipment which correlate with approved submittals and project specification. Prepare and submit technical test reports and pay estimates with invoices. Review project change orders and request for information. Attend construction progress meetings and on-site field observations/inspection walkthroughs.
