Manage expenditures to accompany budget goals by forecasting, budget development, planning, and expenditures. Provide regulatory expertise to the City's Wastewater Operations and the Wastewater Laboratory. Manage the issuance and renewal of TPDES and Title V permits, including completion of permit applications and review of draft permits. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory agencies and meet all deadlines required under the regulatory permits. Perform all administrative duties relating to the position, respond to the needs of employees, executive management, administration, and the public in a timely and professional manner. Act as the primary point of contact between the Utility and regulatory agencies. Support compliance for Title V, New Source Review and Green House Gas to maintain timely submittals. Review an
