The Coordinated Entry (CE) Manager serves as the operational lead for Nashville-Davidson County’s Coordinated Entry System, providing strategic leadership, systems oversight, and continuous quality improvement to ensure equitable, efficient, and HUD-compliant access to housing resources. This working manager position combines hands-on operational leadership with direct supervision of a multidisciplinary team responsible for Coordinated Entry operations, data quality, housing assistance, special projects, and system implementation. The incumbent collaborates with OHS leadership, HMIS partners, outreach teams, service providers, housing partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen system coordination, improve performance, and advance community-wide homelessness response strategies. The Office of Homeless Services is dedicated to improving efforts to end homelessness by harnessing local data to shape program and system design using a “systems thinking” approach.
