As a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, you will perform the following duties: Team Supervision: Direct and guide inspection staff during field operations and reporting Structural Inspection: Examine bridge components, as well as identify conditions and deficiencies Record Management: Maintain accurate inspection data, forms, photographs, and sketches Coordination Tasks: Work with maintenance units and railroads to secure access and resources Report Preparation: Compile thorough inspection reports with clear
