The Department of Columbus Water and Power is looking to fill one (1) vacancy within the Engineering section of the Division of Power. Under direction, the Management Analyst II will be responsible for the management of customer development and service. This position will manage customer development staff and the process of managing and completing new customer service requests. This position serves as the primary point of contact for critical existing customers and is responsible for ensuring customer service projects are actively managed from initial request through completion, including monitoring project status, resolving barriers, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining timely customer communication. This position also leads in marketing for the development of new power customers; performs related duties as required. Experience in customer service and personnel management is highly desired. Experience in electrical service design is an additional preference.
