Human Resources Analyst (Vacancy)

Under direction, this full-time Human Resources Analyst position will assist with the administration of Labor Relations activities for the Department. It will investigate allegations of employee misconduct, interview employees, write reports, issue disciplinary actions, and respond to grievances in connection with the established collective bargaining units. The position will also represent the Department at disciplinary and grievance hearings, including arbitrations. It will respond to public records requests, coordinate union release information, facilitate CDL testing, and train CWP leaders on labor relations matters. Performs related duties as required.
