Addiction Services Program Manager (Vacancy)

Under direction, t his position is responsible for the oversight and management of the CPH Alcohol and Drug Services Prevention Programs. This position will supervise staff providing evidence-based prevention education and support for those impacted by increased risk factors to increase protective factors and resiliency skills. Responsibilities include managing direct prevention services with staff and partners, oversight of grant funding deliverables, data tracking and analysis, performing needs assessments, curriculum fidelity reviews, and compiling reports. This position works to develop and sustain community partnerships (schools, recreation centers, community agencies) to increase understanding of prevention services and readiness following the strategic prevention framework and collaborates on efforts to deliver quality prevention services. Will assist with program grant writing, policy development and compliance, contracts and MOU’s, and is a representative for CPH to the broader community regarding prevention services and initiatives; performs related duties as required.
