Senior Fiscal Analyst

The City of Jersey City is seeking a Senior Fiscal Analyst to support the Community Development Grant Programs and Projects. To work under the Department of Housing, Economic, Development, and Commerce in supporting the Division of Community Development (DCD) with the implementation and administration of all Community Development and Housing Programs including, but not limited to local Affordable Housing Trust projects, HOME projects, CDBG projects, NSP Projects, Home Repair Loans, Down Payment Assistance, Lead Repair Loans, Emergency Solutions Grants, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS. Job Duties: Review vouchers and cost reports for accuracy and completeness, budget alignment, and HUD compliance. Manage and maintain the pre-approval checking of submission, data processing, requisition preparation, and reconciliation. Prepare requisitions for CDBF, HOPWA, ESG, and HOME grants. Manage account numbers and coordinate with Human Resources and DCD Staff to support grant expenditures and staffing. Complete drawdowns, reconciliations, and voucher approvals.
