IT Manager, PeopleSoft Finance

The APEX division of the Office of Budget and Finance (OBF) is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the vision, strategy, and operations of PeopleSoft Finance (FIN) as well as the support and enhancement of the PeopleSoft FIN modules. The PeopleSoft Finance Manager oversees the functional and technical support of the county’s PeopleSoft financial system. This role manages a team of PeopleSoft FIN functional analysts responsible for daily support, enhancements, issue resolution, and partner engagement. In addition, the manager oversees the PeopleSoft Testing Framework (PTF) adoption and all automation testing activities to ensure system reliability, quality, and efficiency.
