Engineering Technician (CADD / Roadway Design)

Hennepin County Public Works is seeking a Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD)-focused Engineering Technician to join the Design division within the Transportation Project Delivery department. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy roadway design, geometric layout development, and producing high-quality construction plan sets using OpenRoads Designer as their primary tool. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technicians to deliver roadway reconstruction projects and will have opportunities for professional and technical growth through training and hands-on design experience.
