This position serves as a Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist for non-expendable (NX) assets/material in a VA Health Care System (VA HCS) and supported catchment area. Supervises multiple supply or material classes/series. Is recognized as Material Management Section's subject matter expert and serves as advisor and consultant to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and Assistant CSCO on property management matters for sound material management concepts, practices, and personal property | To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/14/2026. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-11 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09.
