This posting will be used to fill multiple vacancies: (2) vacancies at the Walter Reuther Psychiatric Hospital (WRPH) located in Westland, MI and will be reassigned to Northville, MI when the new facility opens in October 2026; and (1) vacancy at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry (CFP) located in Saline, MI The MDHHS mission is to provide opportunities, services, and programs that promote a healthy, safe, and stable environment for residents to be self-sufficient. Reviews all recipient rights complaints received and completes the required complaint resolution process within the established time frames. Conducts rights investigations in a thorough manner and draws sound conclusions based upon the relevant evidence obtained. The Senior Rights Advisor handles complex complaints and issues that require advanced knowledge of the Michigan Health Code (MHC) Public Act 258 of 1974. These co
