The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB. This position serves as a first-line Information Technology Manager supporting Salesforce, CI/CD processes supporting Bridges/MI bridges applications, Application Lifecycle Management systems, and shared support tools in the Eligibility division within Agency Services supporting MDHHS. The position leads a cross-functional development team responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing, and supporting complex, high-impact applications that support the division’s strategic goals.
