Physician (MD, DO) - Part-Time

Our Physicians serve our community by providing comprehensive direct medical care and services and working with other care team members to provide quality patient-centered care to our patients. Practiced specialists in our health centers included OB/GYN, Family Medicine, & Internal Medicine. Salary determined based on qualifications and experience. Scheduled Hours: 20 hours per week Two schedules available: Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday or; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Works with staff, as a team, to provide high-quality care to our patients by identifying and assessing health concerns, examining the patient based on the health concern, and creating a plan specific to the patient needs. Develops and maintains an awareness of the Chronic Care Model Processes in order to reduce health disparities within our communities. Provides clinical consultation to other staff members and supervision of staff and students as assigned. Demonstrates adherence to National Patient Safety Goals and plan.
