The Maintenance II general function will be to perform moderately complex work related to planning details of a maintenance job and completing the job according to prescribed policies and procedures. The position is under moderate supervision. Depending on the assignment, the incumbent may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties, and perform related duties as assigned: Provide maintenance in such areas as skilled and semiskilled electrical, plumbing, painting, roof repair, carpentry, water main repair and installation.
