Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced leader to serve as the Section Manager of Water Production. The Water Production Section Manager position is responsible for overseeing the operations of two water production facilities (98 MGD, and 150 MGD). The Operations Group is made up of approximately 50 operations staff and is responsible for producing safe, high-quality drinking water and complying with all permit requirements for Drinking Water. The Water Production Section Manager is responsible for the development and overall management of the operations budget at both facilities. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical infrastructure operations, contribute to long-term asset sustainability, and drive trans-formative improvements in one of the largest water facilities in the region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise in facility operations. Experience with large-scale water production facilities, as well as a track record of successfully implementing asset management and information system improvements will be essential for success in this role.
