Part-Time Recreation Specialist - The Art Station

There is one part-time positions located in the PARKS department. The positions located at The Art Station will primarily be in the front office. The position will be responsible for customer service to patrons and instructors, designing marketing materials for publication and social media, occasional visual or performing art classroom instruction and general upkeep of the facility as well as assisting during internal and county wide events. Performs customer service functions: provides information or assistance regarding services, activities, forms, procedures, fees, or other issues; responds to routine questions and complaints; researches problems and initiates problem resolution; and refers complaints/problems to appropriate personnel. Processes participant registrations, court reservations, tournament registrations, and other scheduled services and events: receives requests for classes, court times, or other scheduled services; reviews registration forms for accuracy and completeness; enters information into online database and calendars; collects and records fees; and maintains related documentation.
