This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits. Job Description The Part-time Building Attendant position is located at Shorty Howell Park Activity Building in Duluth, Georgia. The role involves performing general janitorial, landscaping duties, and setting up/breaking down for events, classes, and programs. The ideal candidate will be required to have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to monitor activities inside and outside of the facility.
