Supervisor I

This position is located in the city of Sacramento. Under the administrative direction of the Programs and Services Branch Chief, the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Section (DHHS) Supervisor I oversees statewide program operations and supervises program staff, including Analyst I, Analyst II, and Support Services Assistant – Interpreters (SSA-I). The incumbent manages program initiatives, communication access services, and develops policies and procedures that support effective service delivery. Additional responsibilities include coordinating statewide projects, serving as a liaison to community partners and state agencies, and providing program level consultation to section and division leadership, as appropriate.
