Section Manager

The Department of Child Support Services is looking for a dynamic, people centered leader to stand up and oversee the new Business Excellence Section. The Section Manager is responsible for the management of the Business Process Improvement, Experience Design, and Strategic Planning efforts of the department at the enterprise level. The incumbent is responsible for increasing processing efficiencies, improving the collective experience of program participants, and ensuring initiatives undertaken are aligned with the department's Strategic Goals. The incumbent will achieve these objectives by working through two subordinate managers and a group of business analysts and in collaboration with other business areas. The incumbent directs unit operations, guides process improvement and customer-experience initiatives, and conducts analyses to strengthen program performance and service delivery
