Then the Fisheries Branch Invasive Species Program wants YOU! The Program is currently expanding its dynamic, interdisciplinary office, field, and laboratory team to prevent the further spread of golden mussel and minimize their impacts to the environment, economy, infrastructure, and human health. This Research Scientist plans, organizes, and implements research studies and analyzes samples for larval golden mussel and other planktonic species to inform invasive mussel prevention and control efforts.
