PARK MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT / SAN DIEGO COAST DISTRICT / NORTH SECTOR / SAN ELIJO STATE BEACH This classification is subject to the Post and Bid process. Applications from a certification list, transfer change in class, reinstatement, re-employment, and training and development assignment candidates will be accepted for this position but consistent with the MOU/Bargaining Agreement BU12/13 contract cannot be acted upon unless the Post & Bid process does not result in a hire. The reporting location for this position is the San Elijo State Beach Maintenance Shop. This position will work under the supervision of the Park Maintenance Chief I. The position requires the physical ability to carry out tasks assigned in a safe and efficient manner such as housekeeping, facility maintenance, and grounds keeping. Position acts as a lead person for seasonal employees, court referrals and inmate crews
